Tolle News! Endlich wieder ein (sehr gutes) neues Album von Eric & Friends!

To honor JJ’s legacy, a year after his passing, Clapton gathered a group of like-minded friends and musicians for Eric Clapton & Friends: The Breeze, An Appreciation of JJ Cale scheduled to be released July 29, 2014. With performances by Clapton, Mark Knopfler, John Mayer, Willie Nelson, Tom Petty, Derek Trucks and Don White, the album features 16 beloved JJ Cale songs and is named for the 1972 single “Call Me The Breeze.” The album is available for pre-order at http://amzn.com/B00K0X1PYM.

Nur das Producer Team stört ein wenig. Hoffentlich sind die Beiden vorher bei Rick Rubin in die Schule gegangen

Hallo, ein Tribute-Album für J.J.Cale, klasse! Leider erst Ende Juli. Hoffentlich finden nächstes Jahr auch mehr Songs daraus den Weg ins Live-Programm. Von "road to.." warens ja leider sehr wenige.

Die JJ Version ist um Klassen besser. Und Lynyrd Skynyrd hat der Nummer ne eigene Note verpasst. Was diese Schnarchversion soll? Komisch, das war ja sogar in Basel besser. Trotzdem hab ich noch Hoffnung auf das Album. Das kann ja nicht alles so zugekleistert sein.
