Probleme Lieferung Royal Albert Hall Tickets?

Ich drück Euch auch die Daumen, Layla und Sally!

Direkt gekauft hab ich bei Viagogo bisher noch nichts, mir fiel nur auf, dass sie z.B. beim Radiohead-Konzert als "Zwischenhändler" fungierten. Ich bestellte die personalisierten Tickets noch zu Normalpreisen beim Exklusivanbieter Ticket.de (gute Erfahrung), wenig später waren die Plätze direkt neben uns nur noch bei Viagogo fürs vierfache zu kriegen, mit dem Hinweis, dass diese jedoch ausschließlich durch Ticket.de vergeben und personalisiert werden.
Ich weiß nicht, ob es getgo noch gibt, aber dort hatte ich früher öfters bestellt und nie Probleme.

Ich mach mir keine Sorgen wg der Tickets,
die werden wir sicher bekommen.
ich finde es einfach total unverschämt, uns 13,50 GBP abzuknöpfen
für den Versand u. die Tickets nicht zuzuschicken.

Denen mach ich jetzt mal Dampf!

ich hab diuese Mail gerade vin Ticketmaster bekommen.

Da wird wohl nichts verschickt, man muss sich diese selber abholen.

Dear Ticketmaster customer,
This is an important email about your booking for the Eric Clapton event at the Royal Albert Hall,
London, on 18 May 2013.
The tickets for this event will now be available for collection on the day of the event. Please take
your Ticketmaster booking reference number, the payment card used to buy the tickets, and
identification.
The start time for this event is 19:30, and the box office will open an hour before this. Please
allow plenty of time to collect your tickets before the start of the event.

Alles paletti, ich habe gestern bei der RAH angefragt, ob wir die Ticketmaster-Tickets
an der RAH Box Office abholen können.
Hier die RAH Antwort:

This may well be correct. Any further enquiries concerning this would need to go to Ticketmaster, but, as a general point, we are able to issue Ticketmaster tickets here at the Box Office at their request or in the event of lost or stolen tickets.

I hope that you will enjoy the Eric Clapton performance.

Ging bei uns 2011 nicht! Nur am Abend des Konzerts . Es gibt da einen extra Schalter in der Hall. Kompliziert und umständlich wie alles bei diesem Vorverkauf.

Habe meine Tickets übrigens auch noch nicht und auch noch keine Mail. Was soll's, wird schon klappen.

Von ticketfactory kam heute auch eine Email,
2 von 3 Lieferungen sind unterwegs, müssten in den nächsten Tagen kommen.

Die Fanclubtickets, die wir über Ticketmaster gebucht haben u. 13,50 GBP Versandkosten bezahlt haben,
werden uns nicht- wie ursprünglich angesagt- per Post zugeschickt, wir müssen sie am Konzertabend
an der RAH Box Office abholen (s.weiter oben)

Meine Beschwerde bei Ticketmaster wg der zu viel bezahlten Versandkosten hat gefruchtet:
Die Versandkosten werden bis auf 2 GBP zurückerstattet.

As a ticketing agency, we sell tickets on behalf of the venue and promoters and unfortunately we do not always have full control over the ticket delivery. This is because we sometimes have to wait for the ticket stock to be received before we can print your details on to them in order to send them out. On checking with our ticket dispatch team, I can confirm that, unfortunately, on this occasion we didn’t receive your tickets from the event organisers in time for them to be sent to you through the post. This meant that the safest way to ensure you got into the event was to hold your tickets for personal collection at the venue box office.

We do appreciate that you were expecting to receive your tickets through the post, and understand that this may have caused some inconvenience, but we feel that guaranteeing your entry in this way is a reasonable, secure and effective method of making sure you see the show.

I can confirm I have refunded the difference between UPS postage charge and collect at box office charge. A total of £11.25 has been credited to your Visa card and should show in your account within the next 4-5 working days and on a statement within 10 working days.

Habe eine Mail von Ticketfactory bekommen, dass meine Tickets am 29.4. verschickt wurden:

I can confirm your tickets were posted 29th April Airmail. Please allow 10 working days for the tickets to arrive.
