Ich denke, das wird auch in etwa die Setlist für London sein. Mit kleinen Varianten, Badge für Sheriff, ein anderer Blues hier und da, so wie man es halt kennt von Eric. Will ich auch nicht kritisieren. Alle werden - wie immer - nicht zufrieden sein. Hier nur zur Kenntnis eine ehrliche, interessante Stellungnahme auf fb von einem Fan aus Chicago, der 2000 Dollar bezahlt hat für die Abende, und nicht mal in einem höheren Alter zu sein scheint:
May 3, 2015: Just came back and what I'm about to say is my gut feeling, so please be kind with me lol. It's hard to judge a show like this but from the videos i've seen, he was more inspired on Friday night. I felt that he was on auto-pilot the whole night, playing just 12-bar solos when we all wanted him to play at least 24 bars. Dont get me wrong! The concert was amazing but i dont think it was worth being the last concert ever.... if that's the right word. It's hard for me to say this, but it wasn't worth the 2000 dollars i spent going to NY for the weekend...If you are playing the last CONCERT ever in the US of your whole career, i expected more. Can you really compare this to all the amazing concerts we've seen online through the years??? There were some great moments, though. Derek and Doyle just made the whole band better in the few minutes they were part of it. Sorry to say that but that's how I feel.

Nur zum Vergleich mal ein anderer, aktueller Kommentar zu den beiden New York shows:
I have read a lot of reviews mostly positive but in my opinion way too many complainers. I attended both shows at MSG and this is my review. Friday night was an excellent show and yes - he mostly did the same set as past performances but those were the songs he wanted to play. Last night EC stepped it up and improved the show. His solo's were more intense and the set was much tighter. Yes it was the same guests and songs from Friday (except Cocaine which he dropped from the set) but the show was outstanding.. 3 weeks ago I saw Jeff Beck ,2 weeks ago Steve Winwood and this week EC twice, and in my opinion there is no one that even comes close to Eric. I have seen EC over 20x since the early 70's and he has never sounded better, and I am thankful I got to see him play once again. Long Live Eric Clapton......

Das MSG Tourbook hat auf der Rückseite die Royal Albert Hall. Es gibt also kein anderes in London...
